We receive many phone calls & emails every day asking why are you still out of stock. The answer is simply  we do not receive enough stock to keep on the site for more than a few days at best, and sometimes only hours. The quantities we receive are much smaller than before and the demand is up, which equals out of stock most of the time. Some items we just can’t get anymore from anyone. Firearm wholesalers are out of stock on over 90% of the common items.

The difficult part is trying to stay alive in this type of environment. It’s like having the only hot dog stand at a baseball game and the “quota” of hot dogs you can sell is 500; where you normally would sell 5,000. How do you make a living with that. That is where many of us who sell what we sell are at and the manufacturing arm of the firearms industry seems to have fallen asleep. It would be great to have a plentiful supply of our products, but the reality is we actually are receiving less and sometimes none of the product we had last year this time.

What does all this mean? How long can we stay “alive”? Will we someday start to receive more product before we “take on too much water”? I wish I knew the answers, so all we can do is keep doing what we have been doing and keep trying to find different avenues for product.

As always, we appreciate the loyal customers we have. Thank you!

Most people reading this are not going to be the ones that voted for “change”. The word CHANGE can mean a lot of things and the “ones” that voted for this change assume it will be all good change. I am sure we will see change but the those who (in the last 4 days) cleaned out our inventory are the informed ones who can “see” what change we are in for.

Be careful when you vote someone into the most powerful office in the world based on a promise of change because you may just get it!

We have had a tremendous increase of sales. Figure that! We are getting phone calls saying do you know that most of your “stuff” is out of stock. Really; even before the election we were out of stock on a lot of “stuff” and now it is ridiculous how much we are out of. In an effort to clarify this is how the process works. Long before we run out the product it is already ordered.  Example–  We order a product several times and can “see” it takes lets say 2-4 months to get. Then the next time we order it is 8 months. Then the next time it shows up in 2 weeks. Multiply that time hundreds of products and you can see the nightmare of trying to keep stock and also not have $30K of one product sitting for 10 months or so. That is just the supply side of the equation, so when you figure the highly fluctuating demand, a product quantity that should last 3 months sells in 1 week.

Before the election it was 6-8 months for DMPS rifles and longer for upper barrel assemblies. Now who knows what is going to happen.  We will do our best to keep you informed and acquire the products you want.

It really bothers an old guy who knew this country in the fifties and sixties and sees what it is now. So many good people are being hurt and who knows with all this coming “change” how many more will pay the price.

Hello All,

It’s November 5th and (like everyone else) I’m thinking what is going to happen now! The people of the United States have just elected a new president. It was an election of capitalism versus socialism to put it bluntly and socialism won. I know we all have our opinions on what just happened and really HOW it happened but the goo in the bottom of the pot after it’s all “boiled down” is social engineering. I have seen a lot of bazaar things happen in my life but this is not the beginning of something beautiful. Give it some time and it will become clearer.

With all the said, the question is what does it mean for us law abiding gun owners? Short term it means a huge demand for guns and with that even more shortages, and longer waiting times to acquire what you want. In this last year we have had some parts taking over a year to receive, if we can get them at all. Long term we can expect more 2nd Amendment battles and losses. It’s going to be the Clinton era on steroids so brace yourself because it’s going to be painful.

Unfortunately the economy and current conditions in this country have “allowed” this to happen. As for me I am stocking up on ammo, high cap mags and will purchase a few more of my favorite guns while I can.

How long will we be in business I can not answer but the future of FFLs will be in jeopardy as they were “under attack” during the Clinton era slaughter. So for right now we will continue to bring you high quality and best prices on anything firearms.

Thank you for your past business and we look forward to future sucess.

It was recently brought to my attention that we have been getting some talk on some of the AR message boards. Most positive but some negative. The one that inspired this was about a small part. I’m not going to say what or who the customer was because that is not the point.

What happened is that this customer ordered a specific part that we shipped out. He then called when he received the part after it was installed and said that it was not an “Official” part but an imitation. I remember this phone conversation and told him to my knowledge that it was authentic per my distributor. He said it wasn’t so I said we would be happy to ship him a return label and refund his money. As soon as I hung up with the customer I called my distributor who then informed me that it was an imitation and was the “style” of the real thing. Now knowing this I changed my description on my site so not to confuse or be dishonest.

But it seems that was not good enough. We where called dishonest and had no way of defending or telling our side of the story. We try the best to our ability to give the straight answers to questions. We are not gun smiths or experts, we are a sales site and are learning new things every day. We are a relatively new company and are still learning. I am sure there are a lot of you out there that know more and I hope to learn from you as well. All we ask is for you to make you own judgments and not let one persons negative experience (that we resolved) keep you from doing business with us.

If you ever read something on a message board and we have not responded you can feel free to call (480) 988-7344 or email (Casey@colemantyler.com) and I will be more than happy to tell you our side of the story. We do are best here to be honest and upfront.
