We get some of the same questions a lot, so here is a quick reference to help answer your questions.

Q: “Do you have it in stock?”

A: Our website colemantyler.com will not let you order an item unless it’s in stock. This system is about 98% accurate with the occasional inventory error.

Q: Has my order shipped yet?

A:Misconceptions be put to rest… we are fast, but Our order and shipping process works like this:

  • You place an order before 10 am Arizona mountain time – the item(s) should be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • You place an order after 10 am Arizona mountain time – the item(s) should ship in 1-3 Business days.


Things that can slow your order:

  • Waiting for an FFL license
  • Faulty address

As UPS picks up during the day and they don’t return to their depot until 7 – 9 pm. That’s when your order starts it’s journey to your home so it takes a little time before your order is on the way. This is one of those uncontrollable “things” that slow down the delivery process.

An example of an unrealistic expectation: Customer places order after 10pm & picks next day air. Customer calls next morning at 8am when we open to see if the order shipped.

We do want your purchase to be a satisfactory one and hope you return again. If you need something the next day give us a call and ask if it can be done. We always do our best and go “the extra mile for you”.
